Positive: Service matters and the staff here were excellent. Helpful and responsive. Great location which was an easy walk to most sites of interest (or metro when sites were further away).

Negative: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it, but the rooms are a little quirky. We had two rooms, one had a step up from the bedroom to the bathroom. The other had decor we found not to our taste.

Positive: This was our 4th visit to this hotel. This time we had a suite. The room was superb. Spacious, well lit, plenty of storage. Bed was very comfortable. Nice separate seating area. Large bathroom with large walk in shower. Nice tea coffee area with fridge. Towels, sheets, bathrobes were very soft. Breakfast was superb - huge choice of hot and cold foods. Eggs cooked to order. Lovely breads, fruits, pastries and cereals as well as hot options. Cold cuts of fish, cheeses and meats. Staff are a delight very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is the best a very short stroll to Marienplatz and there is a tube stop next to the hotel.

Summary: Wonderful- one of our favourite hotels.
