Summary: Good location close to train station and Lalaport shopping mall. Breakfast did not give me much choices since I am not eating Japanese food. It would have been nice with fruit (not jus brown bananas), youghurt in packages, cereal and proper fruit juice. Good service, nice staff in reception, clean and quiet. Overall good for business stay.

Summary: Paid for two nights but couldn’t make it to the hotel. No refund. It is on their page stating no refunds so it is no wonder the hotel was a better price than places that offer refunds. Sometimes flights get delayed due to no fault of our own so it was a learning experience for sure.
