Summary: Close to centre of Sestriere :-) Some of the staff really unfriendly

Summary: We booked into this hotel to have just 1 night before our flight home and everything else in Sestriere was fully booked. When we arrived in the afternoon, the man in reception was very rude and said we weren’t in the right place and he hadn’t heard of a hotel Torre. We walked round the town in heavy snowfall and eventually someone in a cafe helped us - took us back to the same place as it was the right hotel. The man was security and the reception staff were on an extended break - with only this man slouched in a chair and not interested in anything. It had the vibe of a cheap hostel for teenage groups…..except at £108/night, it wasn’t that cheap. It was central in the town.

Summary: It felt like a outdated hotel. Half of the equipment in the gym was broken. The room was small with a toalet with a broken seat. Breakfast was below average with dry bread, lemonade instead of juice. The coffie was good. The jazucci was quite cold.

Summary: Far from fancy but a stellar location. Also, free parking nearby. Unfortunately no wifi, but you can try the town’s somewhat weak wifi.

Summary: Good, clean, well positioned hotel, basic but fine. Main comment is that it was chilly in bedroom at night and could have done with a duvet not 2 half sized blankets on the bed.

Summary: The Hotel Torre is a little dated and could do with a lick of paint. That said, it is excellent value, right next to the lifts and the staff could not have been more helpful. Really great staff. Breakfast is good too.
