Positive: Check in was relatively quick and they accommodated us early which was kind. The rooms were a decent size and reasonably clean. The pool outside was pleasant and a good size. Service by bar team was friendly and they remembered us. Breakfast was a decent selection. Overall, staff were very friendly which was a big bonus.

Negative: Only 2 towels were provided in room for 2 guests. There was a large group of footballers staying - we were prepared for 'business hotel' setting but not for sports teams and not only were they a large group but also extremely loud and spread out. Constant shouting from them playing whilst enjoying the pool...bar was full of them and we had to take the only small table remaining. Breakfast service was non-existent and I think they were ready to close down ASAP (tables left dirty and even when asked to clean it was not done quickly or properly).

Summary: Overall it was okay - staff made it acceptable but be cautious of large groups.
