Negative: Upper rooms are good but on lower floor rooms are near car parking area.I know some people like this if they have a car .

Negative: The rooms need updating; the paint was severely peeling off the bathroom door, no hand soap at the sink, and the vent in the ceiling constantly dropped black dirt onto the toilet when turned on. The wifi also didn't work during our entire stay. We also had to ask for more water and toilet paper in the room because we did not get the morning room service. Breakfast was okay but the toaster did not work. There is no lift and a lot of stairs, it was hard for us to carry all our baggage to the room.
Summary: Not worth the price unfortunately

Positive: The room was as I would expect. Plenty of room/space, separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, good air conditioning, mini-fridge, decent-sized TV, seating area at the foot of the bed, even a external private area, accessible from within the room. Parking space was available too. Secure WIFI connection.
Negative: The USB port in the TV was not working. Could have done with some hand towels (not just towels for showering). The directions to our room weren't very clear by the receptionist. The WIFI wasn't working when I checked-in but this wasn't mentioned by the receptionist (so I had to go back to reception to report this - the matter was resolved shortly after I reported it but shouldn't have needed me to make a visit to reception, when the staff were already aware of the problem. The entrance to the hotel is on a 'ring road', so if you're driving, you have to go all the way around, through traffic, before you get to the entrance. Could have done with two keycards.
Summary: Good Hotel - would stay here again.
