Summary: It seemed like this place just opened and was not ready for guests, but they did not have power when I arrived, which was a big let down after traveling from the US for over a day. They also didn't have internet for a while, until they got power back and after I asked. Not a bad place, maybe it'll get better with time. The food and service was good!

Summary: This came recommended to me by a new acquaintance. Highly recommend for an out of the way, tucked in a wooded area to truly relax away from the city center. Near the national park, BOMAS, and regional Wilson Airport. Great service. Internet is intermittent, but manageable within the main reception/restaurant area and rooms above. Very clean!

Summary: Hotel Troy is in a convenient location near Galleria Mall and Nairobi National Park. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, although their service in the restaurant was very slow and inattentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable and it was clear that they aim to please their customers. We enjoyed our stay and if in the area will definitely stay again.
