Positive: I loved the location and that it's close to the ocean. I loved the free beach towels and chairs and the free parking. It was secure and the Ladies at the front desk when I arrived were nice and helpful.
Negative: I thought that I had a ocean front room and I was disappointed to see that my balcony was only a view of the parking lot. The shower was broken and they didn't fix it until the end of my last day there. I repeatly had to ask for clean towels despite there being a housekeeper in my room when I returned from the beach. She said that she didn't have clean towels. She only made the bed and didn't clean anything else. I finally got clean towels on my last day there. They never emptied the trash by the front door

Positive: The back sliding glass door would not open half the time even though it was unlocked. The bed rails on the bed closest to the sliding glass door was off and so my son hit his ankle on the the horizontal frame sticking out. We tried to fix it for the next customer's staying in that room to no avail. We were also left with a half roll of toilet paper so we ran out in the middle of the night and had to use damn tissues.

Negative: Let me start with the positive: the check-in staff was helpful and provided good service. Now for the negatives: The aerial view of the hotel is a bit deceiving — it makes it look like you're right on the beach, but you're not. There's actually a public parking lot between the back of the hotel and the beach. The hotel itself could use some TLC, both inside and out. We only stayed one night and it met our basic needs, but the cost felt too high for what we got.
