Summary: Stayed at Hotel Tybee for one night, staff was nice enough to check us in an hour early and offer a complimentary drink but because we booked through a third party site they charged an extra $42.00 to park in the hotel owned lot, use beach chairs that are already in the room, and bikes if we choose to. We found the room to be dirty. There was a dirty sock behind the air conditioner, an old cookie under the tv stand, along with dusty on everything, hair in the bathroom along with it not being cleaned or wiped down properly. The bed sheets, pillows and towels seemed were very clean. The air conditioner in the room was broken so they had a separate-extremely extremely noisy floor unit. Our balcony did have a great view of the ocean with access to the beach extremely close.
