Positive: My room was nothing like the room in the advert, it was is building site....the hotel said I had been booked for the cheapest room but the images were from the more expensive on. That is false advertising and I want to make sure you stop doing it. I got an upgrade as the ad in mind didn't work and the hotel were great and even showed me your booking for the basic room. Sort this out of my teams will stop using you and you know UK aid teams book a lot through your site.

Positive: The hotel was really good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, great staff very helpful, the only problem was the call buttons for the lifts only worked on some floors, so you had to go down the stairs 1 floor to get the lift.
