Positive: the location is great for the Marmolada ski lift, very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The staff are respectful and friendly, the room was cold on the first night, so i spoke to reception and they increased the heat and gave me an extra thick duvet, then it was perfect. the room faced east so the sun rose between the valley at 7am and lit up the room. On site parking, break fast and dinner included, convenient ski room. There is a games room for kids with table football and ping pong, plus a mini cinema, would be perfect for a family with kids. The sauna and pool are basic, but does the job perfectly!

Negative: Just the heating on the first night, but that was fixed promptly.

Summary: Great location, peaceful place and perfect for the Marmolada.

Negative: if you're not confortable skiing on advanced slopes you'd need to drive 3km to the nearest blue slope

Positive: We highly appreciated the traditional family hotel, out of commercional turistic centre. It is located in middle of nature under the Marmolada peak. Homemade italian food was just amazing.

Negative: We have been there before and didn’t have any problem. This time The heating was not working. We address the matter to the reception. They said they would solve it but Nothing happened so we stayed just the 2 out of the 7 nights we booked!
