Positive: Very good value for money, and the location is good, because you can walk to several different train stations.

Negative: The WiFi was really bad, and there was no guide on how to use the TV.

Positive: A big thank you to the staff member from Uzbekistan for their outstanding hospitality and service. We truly appreciated their sincere apology on behalf of the housekeeping team’s oversight. Their professionalism and strong sense of responsibility deserve recognition.

Negative: The cleanliness of the room was seriously lacking. Upon check-in, the room was still dirty. On the second day, we requested a full cleaning, but unfortunately, no cleaning was done at all. We hope this matter receives proper attention from the hotel management, as we understand that front desk staff may be exhausted from repeatedly handling complaints caused by the poor performance of the housekeeping team.
