Summary: My husband and I stay at Ursa frequently while attending University of Maine sporting events. Hotel Ursa is convenient, but it is also clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We can’t recommend it enough! Special shout out to Colbe and Ashley for all they did to make this particular stay extra wonderful!

Summary: They do it right at Hotel Ursa. From service to Artwork, it was a great experience. My only critique is to remove the loose runner carpets in the hall. Someone could trip and wheelchair gets stuck. And find a better place to store the luggage carts. Wheelchair can't get around them when using elevator.
