Summary: Spa not working. Need more isolation near the ac unit. Not the quality expected for the price.

Summary: The room was very basic and there was a lot of noise during the night — the soundproofing is very poor. The spa was only partially functional and did not match the photos on the website at all. The restaurant was average.

Summary: That was ok. Old socks in the hot pool. The spa need a big refresh. It's seems unclean but look like the paint need to be done. Big potential. Staff was amazing.

Summary: Great and extremely friendly staff. Always very helpful and gives you all great info Great restaurant and pub on site Walking distance to many places At the front desk you just push a button and a taxi shows up in less then 5 minutes They have cute gym always very clean and organized They have heated pool and hot tun outside by the snow, very nice place
