Positive: This hotel is the gold standard of high quality staff , rooms and location. Highly reccomended. The restaurant is also 5 stars. Great for cyclists.

Positive: Nice Hotel, quiet and relaxing. Very well kept and run. Comfortable rooms / beds and what a fabulous view. Lots of parking and easy enough to find. very good interactive TV that had all the details for the hotel and menu's. Great restaurant - service and food.

Negative: Air conditioning was poor no matter what i did with the settings.

Positive: Every little detail and aspect of this hotel is nipped and tucked just so- exceptionally clean, exceptionally well designed, plenty of room, great room layout, very attractive, exceptional bedding and pillows… I could go on… All of this at a price that makes it a really great value. I think they have a unique and secret structure which is that each hotel also serves as a hotel management school. Maybe that’s why they can provide such an exceptional experience at such a reasonable prices .

Negative: I can’t think of a single item or suggestion that I would make for something to be done differently
