Positive: The hotel was located in the Old City Center where there are many restaurants & shops. The staff was so nice & helpful. Breakfast was fresh & delicious.
Negative: No elevator to the first floor. But staff were very willing to help with bags that had to go both up & down.
Summary: I would be very happy to return to Luxembourg & stay in the hotel Vauban. stay in the Hotel Vauban.

Positive: The location was perfect: easy to walk everywhere, many restaurants and shops nearby, and right on Place Guillaume. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and we didn’t mind that it was the same every day. We appreciated the ceiling fan and the floor fan, because the temperatures were unseasonably high.
Negative: The pillows were flat pancakes. We could not figure out how to keep the ceiling fan going if we turned off the light by the door, and it was too hot to sleep without it. The stairs are odd, in that you have to walk up to the first floor with luggage, then take the elevator to floors two and three. However, even after taking the elevator, there’s still a flight of stairs to access the rooms. It was awkward with luggage.
Summary: Nice rooms, great staff, good breakfast, and the location is perfect.

Positive: Lovely staff and friendly welcome. Location is amazing on the main square and our room overlooked the town hall. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and great staff again.
Negative: No tea and coffee in the hotel No parking and quite a long walk with bags to the hotel.

Positive: Excellent location, nice and clean rooms.
Negative: The lift doesn't operate all the way, from floor to floor. It starts between ground and first floor, then stops halfway short of the floors above. In other words, some distance has to be negotiated by climbing stairs. Also, the TV did not offer any free to view channels.

Positive: This is a great location and the staff are very helpful. I had a room on the first floor overlooking the lively square. I was not bothered by any noise as the soundproofing is excellent. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant is very nice and they provided gluten free bread for me
Negative: You need two remotes to work the TV and if it doesn’t fall to your charms straightaway just ask reception who will cheerfully get it going as they clearly have helped before!

Positive: The location. It’s on an absolutely gorgeous place. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant Losteria has wonderful food too! The best was comfortable too. Good shower with good pressure.
Negative: The rooms were super small. But for 2 nights okay
