Positive: When we decided to stay in Rimini, there weren’t many options left, but the hotel was perfectly fine for one night. Right next to the sea, with the main streets full of activity in the evenings, shops and cafés nearby, and the airport easily reachable on foot. The price was also reasonable.

Positive: The location of the hotel is very good, just few minutes walk from the train station Rimini Miramare, few minutes walk from the nearby grocery store COOP, 3 min walk from the nearest (not public) beach, 10 min walk from the public beach. In the evening the bar at the nearest beach always had music during our stay. Miramare center is just around the corner. All the facilities are good, the mattress was amazing, probable one of the best I've experiences in hotels so far. Stuff is friendly, check-in and check-out were very smooth.

Negative: The room size is on the smaller side. The room itself is still fine, but the bathroom is tiny. On the plus side, we had a large balcony (almost half size of the room) and everything in the bathroom was functioning well.

Summary: Perfect location and good facilities if you don't mind smaller size of the room.
