Summary: TV broken, hot water maker broken, telephone broken, swimming pool broken, spa broken/closed. Over priced for the extremely tiny room and lack of amenities. The photos look amazing and were likely taken when it opened. It's now old, rusted and broken. There is NO room with a view of the volcano! I was told I can go on the roof to view Mayon. Security is great! The staff appear nice and friendly. The food is 4 or so typical Filipino dishes. I bet she was a beautiful hotel back in the day, but not now. Short drive to Starbucks 7am. and SM mall 10am. If you want your room made up, you have to request it every day. Laundry service is very expensive as usual in hotels.
