Positive: So rarely now can a property be declared perfect. This is such a place. From the friendly greeting, to easy check in, we felt sincerely welcomed. David has a warm professional way and gives just the right introduction to this wonderful stay. The place is spotless and meticulously well maintained. Traditional elements have been lovingly preserved and seamlessly integrated with modern and sophisticated touches.

Positive: We stayed for a night for my partners birthday, I booked a night here as a surprise. Our stay in the Kingston room exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent customer service. The amount of attention to detail really blew us away. From the amazing smelling flowers in the hallway to the decor in the room and the complementary late check out was much appreciated. Loved the choice of streaming networks and the bed was super comfortable! Will definitely visit again when we are back in ballarat! Thanks for making it a memorable time!

Negative: We were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open for dinner or breakfast as we were given a tour of the place and it looked amazing. (Minor thing - couldn't figure out the light switch for the light on the mirror)
