Negative: TV,s are old and need updating. Bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable. Could not sleep. Curtains not hung properly and would not close properly. Bathroom had terrible drain smell the whole time. Only two bulbs of the lights in the ceiling worked.

Positive: The room itself is quite comfortable and clean. Additional facilities like kettle, fridge, iron are conveniently provided. Cleaning is also on point.

Negative: The location is really inconvenient to get to, both for the pedestrians and cars. Bath supplies are quite poor and low quality (consider bringing your own if you want a proper shower). The smell in the corridors is unpleasant as well.

Summary: Worth staying if you have to attend an event in the very same building
