Summary: The hotel itself was charming and the owners seem invested in their guests. That being said, we cut our stay short due to the most uncomfortable beds ever. It was hard as a rock with no give and very hard on your back. After two nights, my husband and I could not fathom one more. When checking out early, the person checking us out could have cared less and when we asked for a one night refund, or particle, were told to go through HOTELS.com that THEY could not accommodate. We tried and HOTELS.com said they refused. So disappointed

Summary: Friendly staff and check in. Nice location with pretty view from the balcony on the Mountain View side. Large room, although a little bare and furniture somewhat dated. Clean bedroom, bedding and bathroom. Only complaint is that the mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. Really enjoyed the continental breakfast with yogurt, fruit and fresh baked croissants. Coffee was also very good.

Summary: No food till 7:30 am, tried to talk to manager about anything. Was very rude. desk staff was exellent when I checked in

Summary: Perfect Romantic Getaway! We had an amazing stay at the Vienna Hotel in Windham — cozy, spotless rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect romantic escape, close to Hunter Mountain and local restaurants but peaceful and relaxing. Loved the thoughtful touches like the complimentary EV charging station! We’ll definitely be back for another getaway. ❤️

Summary: This hotel is awesome! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff are - Sam and Holly went out of their way to answer every question or request he had! Book this Hotel now if you are staying in the area! We used the outdoor decks to relax and have a cocktail, the pool and sauna and had a fire in one of the firepits!
