Summary: No restaurant available and no previous warning it would be closed no cleaner for 3 days when complained told it is their policy not to clean unless asked. They do not inform you of this in advance room not very hot - minus temperatures outside - long wait for hot water to reach my room on first floor only saving grace the two guys on re emotion in evening very helpful to finish no one at reception with 10 people queuing to check out

Summary: Lovely room about a 25min walk from the UFO bridge. I had a pleasant stay here and it had everything I needed.

Summary: Can’t complain for the price, the chap who checked us in was very friendly, location was fine for what we needed and taxis are cheap, perfect if you just need somewhere to get some sleep and have a shower.

Summary: Soap was not refilled when empty. We had to refill it ourselves. There is no “do not disturb” sign to put on the door. The clean staff enters everyday. They only change the towels and garbages. We had to request toilet paper even when it was empty and the staff entered the room.
