Summary: Location is great however that is the only positive thing I have to say. Room was incredibly shabby. Sheets were stained. Bathroom not thoroughly clean. No kettle. No fridge.

Summary: Really nice room amid a little old looking and when they were available the staf were really nice but could do with a bit more of a staff presence Other that this I had an enjoyable stay

Summary: For me, the hotel is just for sleeping. This is just an ordinary hotel. There is nothing special about it, but the staff here are very nice.

Summary: The place needs a major upgrade and renovation. I did not feel safe there as a solo female traveler. Heating in my room didn’t work for hours. Place is covered in stained carpet and furniture. Reception is only open from 2-9. Would not recommend unless you are desperate and need a very cheap option.

Summary: Stayed one night. They gave me a room which belonged to another customer. This was cleared after some talking because the reception staff were there. If they would not have been there I do not know what would have happened. Then got a very clean and good room. The hotel is an industry building which has been refurbished. Everything very clean. It is 400 meter walk to tram which very easy takes you to Düsseldorf center.
