Positive: Beautiful place has everything you need.

Negative: In the new building you can hear the very loud church bells every morning from 7.30am the go all morning almost every hour. Very nice to begin with but after a day or two they lose charm. Plug sockets for UK are not on bedside tables only at the desk. Staff only present in the old building the new building doesnt have anything you have to walk to the old building

Positive: Great location. The historical villa is beautiful.

Negative: Very bad attitude of the front desk guy , he was rude and not helpful at all, didn't gave us any information about the breakfast, dinner, pool and any other important information about our stay. There was a long ling to enter breakfast because they didn't have enough space for all the guests in case of rain. And the overall feeling is big disappointment because the potential of this place is amazing.
