Positive: The room was clean. Location was good.

Negative: When we arrived 1 hour earlier before 15.00 there was nobody at the reception, only a laptop and we had to pay extra if we wanted a room immediately. Secondly the room was nr 17 on first floor. After the elevator , we go down and up about 12 stairs. But later we learned that many rooms were not occupied, so why to give such a difficult room. Also in the bathroom, which included the toilet, there was no ventilation. Breakfast was ok but not great. All in all disappointed.

Positive: Location perfect for our needs. Check in very efficient.

Negative: Requested twin room, had a double bed not 2 singles. Stayed with my son, so was ok, but not ideal. Didn't see or speak to a member of staff. Again ok, but not the most personal of experiences. Unrepaired damage to the wall of the room. Again was ok as we only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep, but not a brilliant look.

Positive: Good lactaion in he centre of the town, nice building with large garden. Big room with modern decoration for bathroom and toilte.

Negative: The carpet on the first floor was not that clean anymore as there was a direct access to the garden. Would suggest to have bathroom slippers available as courtesy measure.
