Summary: This was a great hotel centrally located in Washington DC around all the tourist attractions and free museums. We recommend using Lime scooters to see all the monuments!

Summary: The hotel and room were lovely. Unfortunately, breakfast at the hotel was deplorable and coffee was unrecognisable and un drinkable. I ordered a cappuccino which I had to leave untouched.The açai bawl was like chocolate soup. For the prices charged, we should expect the food to be at least digestible.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Washington, and we wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude for an unforgettable experience. The location was ideal, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel itself was beautiful—but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from your team. Natali at Guest Services made our arrival incredibly special by upgrading our room and surprising us with treats and a personal welcome card. It was such a warm and thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our stay. Sajag Puri at Front Desk Manager was equally wonderful. He provided helpful suggestions for exploring the memorials and ensured our comfort with a late checkout and early room service. We would also like to thank Youssef (our bartender), Selamawit, Jackie, and Brandon (the front desk team), and Fish and Brandole (our welcoming bellmen), all of whom treated us with genuine care and warmth. Summary: It was an absolute joy!! Hotel is clean and just fantastic! Breakfast at the hotel is excellent however PRICY…. If you don’t feel like spending 80-$85 for 2 look for something else

Summary: Very clean of course. Our TV would not power on and the engineer came up immediately and fixed the TV (someone messed with the input). While he was there I mentioned I couldn't open the door and he noticed a problem with the door latch and fixed quickly.
