Positive: Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Rooms Was big. Sauna area is big snd the Panorama Sauna is new, great to spend the afternoon. Friday is Aufguss time, which is very nice We also had dinner included, the food is delicious

Negative: We asked for a silent room upfront, but could hear the people on top of us too good. That was a bit ammoying at 7am.

Positive: The room was beautiful, had amazing views of the mountains and fields, lovely listening to the cows and their bells. The indoor outdoor swimming was the same views as the room so it was lovely. The food was fantastic as was the salad buffet and the breakfast. It was good having an underground garage, that was free of charge. The whole hotel is geared to for disabled people and you could tell, it was so easy to move around and everything was flat, would recommend it to anyone, but if you are in a wheelchair or struggle with mobility this is definitely the hotel for you. Also there was an added bonus of afternoon snacks, hot and cold, cakes, tea and coffee all were very nice xx

Positive: Nice breakfast and dinner. The room has a nice view and it is huge, with a very comfortable bed. The shower has a great power and the toilet has all the facilities.

Negative: The parking is far from the entrance. Too noisy in the swimming pool with a lot of kids, not comfortable at all.
