Summary: I got room no.16 initialy and there were more than 30 bugs on the window inside of the room. I took the video and showed it to the check in clerk ladies and she changed my room into no.48. with just saying sorry. There was also 1 bug in the room and i killed it by my hand. There was nothing in the refrigerator even complimentary water. I still can't believe the room charge is over 220euro under this condition of room even though the location is middle in the main city. Never visit this hotel again in my life! never!

Summary: A nice enough hotel in a good location. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room or complementary water, I haven’t seen this in many years. Upon checkout I was told that if I didn’t book directly then I wouldn’t get discounted car parking! I won’t be staying there again.

Summary: Rooms were nice and spacious. There were no amenities of any kind and the bathroom was a little dirty.

Summary: We booked the Economy Room but it was much worse than expected. Very small, few electrical sockets, no bed table, uncomfortable bed and too hot… there are cheaper and better places in Graz. Breakfast was fine.
