Positive: The location was great. Really enjoyed lobby and courtyard and the ability to refill water bottles easily throughout the hotel.
Negative: Was very disappointed that we were placed in a handicap room without wanting that.

Positive: Love the Hotel, not the policies
Negative: Although we paid in full through Booking.com. They asked for our credit card for incidentals. They added $22 “Amenity Fee”.
Summary: The day was great, but I did not appreciate them adding $22. Especially since we didn’t use any amenities.
