Negative: Milk could be supplied in the room for coffee. Everything was closed in the hotel - restaurants, bar plus everything in town on a Sunday, so we couldn’t get our own.

Negative: Hotel restaurant. Translation issues with app menu. Food not as expected, when challenged that food was incorrect staff argued that it was what I'd ordered and expected that I would be happy with this. App is not a good way of showing menu in English as translations are not accurate. Would be better letting just having a popper printed menu in German/Austria and we would have translated via camera app that we use often.

Summary: Room great. Location close to station. Restaurant very disapointing.

Positive: Communication all the way through was exceptional, located In a beautiful town we should have allowed more time to look around but arrived late and made the most of the hospitality. Food was excellent, bar had a lovely atmosphere and a wide range of of drinks on offer. Will definitely be returning when touring Austria next time. Special mention to Jasmin, you were exceptional.

Positive: I loved my stay at the fabulous Hotel Wirtshaus Post. It’s a very well maintained house with a charming style and modern facilities, like a very inviting wellness area. The guy at the reception was exceptional friendly and supportive. In the price included was a 2-day ticket for local public transportation (wow!). I also enjoyed a very delicious dinner and fabulous breakfast (also included). No doubt I will stay there again when being in St. Johann (which developed meanwhile into a much nicer destination than Kitzbühel).

Negative: There is nothing I did not like.
