Positive: The staff was fabulous! We had a little problem because there was a lot of noise outside of our room (in the street) and they moved us right away and bought us breakfast. They were wonderful.
Negative: To be honest I didn't really like the theme of the first room we were in. I get the idea but I think it was a little cheap feeling. It was a wilderness room.
Summary: Wonderful hotel! We would stay here again and again!

Positive: Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Used the house car a lot to get around. Enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks for ACL guests.
Negative: Valet is high but seems to be in line with other hotels in the area.

Positive: Comfortable, quiet location and the staff are excellent. Couple of issues with the room on arrival, quickly sorted out by staff 😊
Negative: We were booked into a premier king room that is supposed to have a kettle and a bath. Our room had neither.

Positive: loved the whole ambience of the place. pool was small but really well done. it was different, classy, chic, high quality. little things - coffee in the hallway - amazing fruit selection at the pool - joggers water in the morning. everyone - reception - bell boys - valet team - pool team - all amazingly helpful. its expensive - but you get what you pay for - really really great hotel.
Negative: no airport collection. a nice addition.
