Positive: large clear room with a beautiful panorama of Harlingen, fridge, TV, beautiful and comfortable bathroom, good service, nice and helpful staff

Negative: This room was cleaner. It was cleaned up neatly, but there was a lot of dust upstairs in the wall near the bed, in the grooves in the wood, dusty, lint on the floor as if someone had cleaned it but not thoroughly, and the shower glass was dirty with streaks.

Positive: A wonderful room overlooking the harbour. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. Convenient location and proximity to rail stations. Lovely staff. Made to feel welcome.

Negative: Slight noise and vibration from the adjacent bridge during the night.

Summary: Fabulous stay, we wish we had stayed longer.

Positive: Great, welcoming staff. Friendly, professional and went out of their way to accommodate us. On the waterfront, middle of the stunning canals and town. Good atmosphere. Clean. Easy to check in and out. Fantastic food and wine in the restaurant either super views over the harbour.

Negative: Bedroom was super spacious, very clean and good shower room. Slightly dated finishings and furniture, pillows.
