Positive: Location was great. Close to the highway and to Ridgefield where we had a concert to attend. Them main lobby was welcoming and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Will go back in the warmer weather to experience the beautiful deck on the back of the building. Front staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Bartenders were great. Did not have any of the breakfast foods but got coffee and appreciate the offerings.

Positive: The hotel has a nice decor. We missed having a proper restaurant for breakfast, but the limited choices were ok - a coffee and tea station and some food selection of yoghurts and pastries. We had a beautiful view to the forest. We were overall happy with our stay.
Negative: A bit more atmosphere during the evening.

Positive: The facilities. The hotel has a luxury feel, and the rooms are beautiful.
Negative: The breakfast is very poor for a four star hotel(just cereal, porridge or bagels). The heater/ac in the room doesnt have an auto set, meaning that if we have it in heating, it was too hot (taking a while to cool down), if we set ac the room got really cold. The pillows were all very thick, and no additional options were available.
Summary: It was very comfortable for a short stay with the family.
