Positive: The facilities. The hotel has a luxury feel, and the rooms are beautiful.
Negative: The breakfast is very poor for a four star hotel(just cereal, porridge or bagels). The heater/ac in the room doesnt have an auto set, meaning that if we have it in heating, it was too hot (taking a while to cool down), if we set ac the room got really cold. The pillows were all very thick, and no additional options were available.
Summary: It was very comfortable for a short stay with the family.

Positive: We loved the visit, it was my 4yo daughters first time staying at a hotel so I wanted it to be nice, for her! It was!! She was so excited and had so much fun. My husband had to attend to other family matters, so my daughter and I had a nice date night in the downstairs restaurant, which was lovely!! Luckily, that helped her completely forget about the room service blunder.
Negative: I really thought I saw that the hotel had room service when I was booking it. It’s actually the main reason we choose it, for the room service. That was the only thing that my daughter wanted. So we were very disappointed to discover they did not have room service, upon our arrival. But it was a beautiful hotel, friendly staff, quiet, and it served our needs at that time. I would recommend it
