Positive: The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the Helsingborg Central Station where you catch buses, trains and the ferry to Hensingor, Denmark. The breakfast is also quite good. The cook even came to chat with us. Nice person. There is always coffee available in the dining area where you can also wait for your train after the check-out if that is the case.
Negative: well ... can't think of anything.

Positive: Location was perfect, staff was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect.
Negative: Parking policy is just unbelievable. I did pay for garage which is not small amount. I wanted to have better comfort by doing that. Instead garage is in other building and to approach it you need to get keys from reception, however you can't park your car at hotel to get keys because there is sign that don't allow even to stop for a minute. And staff even say that some customer got a fine for wrong parking. Hotel administration should really look at this situation - please go to city hall and arrange that sign is changed from "not allowed to park and stop" to just "Not allowed to park" so customer have 5 minutes to get keys for garage or return keys. Otherwise it is absurd - you need to pay for parking place to get keys to get in paid garage...
