Positive: A hotel with a very interesting character as it is above a 60's American diner, smack bang in the middle of Sweden! It is a perfect home base for visiting concerts at Dalhalla as the bus to Dalhalla stops almost in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the road side of the hotel and could not sleep at night as it was a hot day but got moved to lake side by a very friendly representative of the hotel, making the rest of our days a pleasure. The breakfast is really nice, and having a burger in the American diner is a must!

Negative: The road side of the hotel is very noisy till very late as it is very to a road. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, meaning that with climate change, if there is a hot day, it is sweltering.

Summary: Perfect home base for a Dalhalla concert.
