Positive: Fabulous location, great room with big private terrace looking out over the nature reserve.

Negative: Confusing communication from booking.com. Message clearly said that breakfast would be in the room as the cafe didn't start serving breakfast until 1st of May. There was no breakfast in the room, but it turned out that the cafe was serving breakfast in April. We only found this out after we had made ourselves breakfast from our own supplies.

Negative: An exceptional place, but unfortunately, the stay itself was so-so. Dirty furniture and bathroom. Poor breakfast, no blackout curtains. A potentially interesting area for guests was closed (the observation tower). For this price, I would have expected a higher standard.

Positive: The room was clean and nice. Easy access to the room with codes.

Negative: The place felt a bit more like a camp centre than a hotel, and that's ok in itself, but I hadn't figured that while booking. Also I thought that we have a buffet breakfast but when we were arriving it turned out it was only available on certain time of the year (not winter). We had some breakfast pre-delivered in our room's fridge but it was a bit poor considering we were expecting a buffet. Also there was not much room for eating so it was a bit of a downer since we are breakfast enthusiasts :)

Positive: The hotel is in an amazing location. The room was very basic, no place to put clothes, no shelf in the bathroom. Breakfast, very basic, quite disappointing. And most importantly, the staff we saw for the first time in the morning. Was not very welcoming at all

Positive: We had a VERY good birth-day escape day in Liminka. The big room (room no 7) was just wonderful and we slept so well that even my wrist watch stopped working for some reason - allowing us to sleep longer. The staff was very good, the breakfast excellent -and of course, the three bird watching towers with a lot of nature around. We had a wonderful day!
