Panton Hill Pub, Montasalvat - Artists' Colony, Fondata - Italian Restaurant, and beautiful parks such as Banksia Park, and Ruffey Lake Park are nearby.The ideal tiny house stands free-standing on the high ground of a 20-acre equine property surrounded by horses, ponies, and wildlife that passes by occasionally to keep you company.A comfortable 155-square-foot tiny home with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. This includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria retreats here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us.
