This particularly luxurious 30 person country house is located between Venlo and Roermond in close proximity to the Meuse River and its floodplains. This country house is situated on a site of more than 25,000m². The garden is park-like and equipped with a beautiful fountain, a large heated outdoor pool, a spacious chalet with covered terrace to enjoy and an extensive sauna.
Layout
You have access to a cozy living room with a dining area and open kitchen, which is equipped with a microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, 8-burner stove and refrigerator. Three high chairs and three cribs are available. You can spend your evenings cozily around the gas fireplace or in front of the television with DVD player. It is even possible to do a wine tasting with your group in the vaulted wine cellar.
All bedrooms have private bathrooms. There are eight double bedrooms with two single beds, two bedrooms with four single beds and two bedrooms with three single beds.
There is a large terrace with garden furniture. For the children there is a slide, trampoline, sandbox and a swing. There is a possibility to rent a gas barbecue, including gas and cleaning. There is also a Kamado grill for rent, including coal, briquette starter, firelighters and instruction. This country house is located on more than 25,000m² of land. The garden is park-like and features a beautiful fountain and large heated outdoor pool. Firewood for a campfire is available for purchase on site.
There are 30 parking spaces on a private, fully fenced property on the estate.

Would you like to relax in the sauna, whirlpool or swimming pool? Which can! The rent of the sauna and swimming pool is EUR 116 per half day (four hours). The rental of the swimming pool, sauna and whirlpool is EUR 170 per half day (four hours). The sauna can be booked separately for EUR 72 per half day (four hours) and the Whirlpool can be booked separately for EUR 70 per half day (four hours). The sauna and whirlpool can also be booked together for EUR 110 per half day (four hours). You can use the swimming pool, sauna and / or whirlpool until 8 p.m. The pool is open from mid May to mid September (in the other months depending on the weather). The sauna and Whirlpool are open all year round.
Do you want to go out by bike? Then you can! It is possible to book a bicycle (maximum 30). The price for a universal bicycle is EUR 13,75 per day, EUR 24,25 per weekend (Fri-Sun) and EUR 55 per week.

Surroundings
Kessel is a historic village located in northern Limburg on the banks of the river Meuse. In the historical core, you will discover the medieval castle ruins, where there is plenty of atmosphere and cosy terraces. The area between the village and the river Meuse is undulating and rolling, making the landscape very attractive. Just outside the village, towards the neighbouring village of Neer, cycling and walking routes run over the so-called Musschenberg with spectacular views of the Meuse. Visit Kasteel de Keverberg for a special day out or go to cosy Venlo for great shopping, eating out or visit the Limburgs Schutterij Museum or the Hertog Jan Brewery.
