The guest will have access to the entire home and pool area. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there.

We provide professionally laundered, hotel-quality linens, household supplies, kitchen and cooking-ware to prepare meals if you choose, a washer and dryer within the unit, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. All of our properties are also professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. A welcome basket is provided to get your stay started, complete with extra toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen trash bags, and more! Several copies of our tailored vacation guide is provided with suggestions and ideas on places to enjoy while visiting in Naples.

Naples Park
To reach our property from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), you have several convenient options. By car, it's approximately a 30-minute drive covering about 25 miles. After departing the airport, take I-75 South towards Naples. Continue on I-75 South for about 20 miles and take exit 111 for Immokalee Road. Turn left onto Immokalee Road and continue for about 3 miles. Turn right onto US-41 North (Tamiami Trail), then turn left onto 91st Avenue North. Our property will be on the right. Alternatively, shuttle services are available between the airport and Naples, offering easy access to the area.
If you're arriving by train, the nearest Amtrak station is in Fort Myers, approximately 40 miles away, about a 50-minute drive. From the Fort Myers Amtrak Station, head west on I-75 South towards Naples. Take exit 111 for Immokalee Road, turn left, and continue for about 3 miles. Turn right onto US-41 North, then turn left onto 91st Avenue North. Our property will be on the right.
For those arriving by bus, the Naples Bus Station is about 7 miles from our property, roughly a 15-minute drive. From the station, head north on US-41 (Tamiami Trail) and turn left onto 91st Avenue North. Continue for a few miles, and you'll find our property on the right.
Renting a car is highly recommended to fully explore Naples and its surrounding areas. Several car rental agencies are available at Southwest Florida International Airport and throughout Naples. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft also operate locally and can provide convenient options for transportation. Additionally, Naples is bike-friendly, and many local attractions, shops, and dining options are within a short drive or bike ride from our home.

- Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

Don't need a whole month? No problem. We offer many properties where you can stay for a few nights, a week, or any number of nights. With us, there's no need to rent an entire month, with a few exceptions.
Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
Discounts can also be made for those paying by eCheck, ACH or wire transfer. We are happy to pass the savings in credit card processing fees along to the consumer.
