This brick ranch is newly renovated and ready for guests. It offers 3 acres with tons of room for family get togethers. A creek runs beside the property and you can relax on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the deer each morning and afternoon. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a game room with a roll up door so you can bring the outside in.The SpaceThe Rocky River house offers 5 bedrooms including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, tv, ceiling fan and french doors leading to the patio. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 offer Queen bedrooms, ceiling fans and tv's while the 5th bedroom offers two twin beds and a tv. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house; the master ensuite and hall bathroom feature bathtubs while the third bathroom offers a walk-in shower. There is a large fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, a bar that seats 8 as well as a pub table that seats 4. There is a large living room off the kitchen featuring a 70" tv as well as another large living room with a 58" tv. The garage has been converted to a game room and includes a pool table. The large back patio includes a patio table, gas grill, charcoal grill, string lights and a fire pit. While the house is pet friendly (must be pre-approved first) the yard is NOT fenced.
