Summary: We had a fantastic stay in the house of Jean-François. Both he and Léa (concierge) were very helpful and provided us with a warm welcome. The view, both top floor as second floor is amazing. Just open the sliding doors and feel/smell/hear the view. Bring your binoculars with you, if you want to view all ships and sailboats that come by or check out the birds that live in the treetops. The house lays at a height of 120 meters above sea level (without a car is not really an option) which gives a magnificent view on the sea and coast. The patio terrace outside is an awesome place to stay, it is great for drinks/lunch/dinner with the seaside view. When it is too hot just open the sunshade. The house is very well equipped, we loved the kitchen with large fridge and tasteful espresso barista machine. It is as if you stay in an house of friends. Wi-Fi is good and the clean and new washing + drying machine are very useful if you have children (like us). Jean-François and Léa installed a new and safe stair gate, a highchair was being made available. Some people may think the house is somewhat outdated and the garden is not the most practical but we really loved the beach vibe. Also the 4 modern and spacious sleeping rooms (three of them are equipped with solid airconditioning) and two modern bathrooms were very comfortable. The house is well situated in the area and is very close to several beaches and supermarkets/boulangeries. We would definitely recommend this great place. Thank yo

Summary: Great house for large families or two families. Perfectly equipped with really all you need and even more... Fantastic sea view, located in a calm and decent domaine in a great area (car highly recommended). Only thing to improve would be to put slightly more love into the garden which is large and good for kids to play outside. However, this does not really downgrade the overall, very good impression! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Summary: I booked this property for the location, close to the sea, located in the La Californie neighborhood and it was a perfect fit for my holidays. I was pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the house was for a holiday rental and it was great to be able to feel at home, away from home. The view was great and exactly as expected based on the picture and description. I did not use the pool as there was too many mosquitoes for my kids but the sea was so close that it was not a problem. Overall, we had a great time there and I would recommend the property; plenty of space and perfect location.

Summary: We have been in the house for 3 days but we are staying for 2 weeks and I wish it was for longer! The house has a gorgeous finish and is a pleasure to be in. Tonight we had a BBQ on the balcony admiring the fantastic views which you can see throughout the house! I wish I owned this house and hope to stay here again! The owner is a great and the women who looks after the house for him is lovely! I would highly recommend staying here you would have a lovely trip!
