This modern holiday home can accommodate up to nine people and is beautifully situated in the woods of Parc de Kievit in Baarle-Nassau, North Brabant. The house is attractive, modern and spacious. You can enjoy the house while you relax and take in the wooded nature. Whether you come with a small or large group, the house is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms, a large garden and even a recreation room with a pool table where you can play together! This holiday home is located at Parc de Kievit. This is a wooded family park on the Belgian border just outside the enclave village of Baarle-Nassau. During the high season there is an enthusiastic entertainment team and you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool with the whole family. The immediate surroundings are ideal for taking beautiful walks and cycling trips through the varied nature. Enjoy the Burgundian culture, historic cities and impressive attractions that Noord-Brabant has to offer.
Layout
This nine-person holiday home is spread over three floors. Through the entrance in the hall you enter the open kitchen. Here you will find a cozy, large dining area with space for nine people. The open kitchen with cooking island is modern and fully equipped with a filter coffee machine. Behind the kitchen you will find a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. The living room is spacious and light. Here you will find, among other things, two comfortable sofas and a wood stove. The large windows offer a beautiful view over the wooded garden. Between the living room and the kitchen you will find an open staircase to the top. Here are two bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms have enough space for a cot. In the hall you can also go down a staircase. There you will find a double bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a bath, toilet and shower. The recreation room is also located on this ground floor, fully equipped with a lounge sofa, television, a pool table and music system. An extra refrigerator and a washing machine are also available here, the entire ground floor has underfloor heating. Through the French doors in the living room you enter the covered and illuminated terrace. Here you can settle down on the outdoor seating and spot birds or maybe catch a squirrel. In the garden there is sun and shade, there is also a fire bowl, trampoline and a hammock. Enough entertainment for young and old. You can park two cars at this vacation home.

From Thursday to Sunday you can enjoy Burgundian in Brasserie de Kievit from 14:00 - 20:30.
Sport and game
No one is bored at Parc de Kievit even for a moment! In the high season the animation team has put together a nice program for you and the heated outdoor swimming pool with playground offers hours of entertainment. Sports enthusiasts enjoy themselves on the professional tennis court with artificial grass or can play a game of jeu-de-boules or mini golf on the designated courses.
Swimming
The heated outdoor swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. Around the pool are benches placed and the pool has its own showers and toilets. The pool is right next to the terrace of Eetcafé de Kievit.
MIVA facilities
A large part of Parc de Kievit is easily accessible for disabled guests. Many of the park facilities have taken into account wide door stations, short stairs and / or ramps and adapted toilets. At the reception of the park there is First Aid and BHV present and centrally on the AED site.

Baarle-Nassau is a historic enclave village in North Brabant and is located near the Belgian border. The centre of Baarle-Nassau consists partly of Dutch Baarle-Nassau and partly of Belgian Baarle-Hertog. The area has many Dutch and Belgian enclaves located in each other's parts. One moment you are still in the Netherlands, while the next you walk straight into Belgium. Besides the enclave walk in the city centre, the stretched out woodlands, fens and moors in the area invite you to go on wonderful walking and cycling trips. Want to go out for the day? You can be in Breda or Tilburg in no time at all for some great shopping and the Efteling or Bobbejaanland are great with kids!
