Het huis Uva Blanca bestaat uit een keuken, grote woonkamer, een comfortabele badkamer met toilet en douche, 3 grote twee persoons slaapkamers en een groot terras aan de voorzijde met uitzicht over mandarijn/olijf gaarden en de Middelandse zee. Aan de achterzijde komt men via een trap bij het zwembad.

Woonkamer: Heeft openslaande deuren naar het privé terras. In deze woonkamer staan fauteuils en een bank. Ook bevindt zich in de woonkamer een flat screen televisie met dvd speler, een stereo installatie en draadloos internet.
Keuken:keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien zoals een koelkast, gasfornuis een koffiezetapparaat en serviesgoed.
Badkamer: Is voorzien van een dubbele wastafel, een douche en toilet.
Slaapkamer 1: Is een ruime slaapkamer die voorzien is van een tweepersoonsbed en een kledingkast.
Slaapkamer 2: Is een slaapkamer met stapelbed en een kledingkast.

De tuin:
Aan de voorzijde van het huis heeft u een privé terras wat overgaat in een tuin (10.00m2.) met palmbomen, olijfbomen, bamboe, sinaasappelbomen, citroenbomen en een gazon. In de tuin zijn er schaduwrijke en zonrijke plaatsen waar u kan genieten van een heerlijke middag en avond met een prachtig uitzicht. Op het terras bevindt zich een buiten barbeque waar u heerlijk op een zwoele zomerse avond uw eten kan bereiden.
Zwembad
Aan de achterzijde van de Casa bevindt zich het zwembad van 14 meter bij 5 meter. Hierbij zit een groot zonneterras . Bij het terras is het mogelijk om gebruik te maken van ligstoelen, parasols en tafels.
Bij het huis is bedlinnen inbegrepen, gas, stroom en water. Op aanvraag kunt u gebruik maken tegen een kleine vergoeding van de wasmachine bij de Casa.
In de wintermaanden staat er een openhaard en gaskachels (informeer naar de hout en gasprijs)

Summary: rustic house (equipment ,no plug in the bedroom first floor) but large and very nice sweeming pool and very sympatic garden. We took all meals every day under the old olive trees.

Summary: Great Finca, great host, lovely quiet location, very Spanish and the pool was amazing! Lots to do in and around the area

Summary: The owner, Ralph, is very friendly and welcoming. The house is a little out of town and secluded, among olive and orange orchards, but that's part of the attraction. There is plenty of room inside the house to accommodate up to eight people. Outside, there is a lovely area to sit in under two magnificent old olive trees. it was lovely to sit outside in the morning and listen to the dawn chorus and also in the evening to watch the sunset. There is also a good-sized pool up behind the house to keep all the family amused, though it was a bit cold at the end of October. The house is within easy reach of the local resorts like Vinaros and Sant Carles, the mountains to the west, the city of Tortosa and the Ebro valley leading up to Miravet, and also the Ebro delta, with some wonderful bird life. On top of it all, the weather was amazing for the last week of October, and I'd love to come back in the summer sometime.

Summary: If you are looking for a holiday away from it all, then this is the place for you. The house is set back in the hills approx 3kms from Ulldacona. Views from the the house are stunning with views to the coast. At night the skies are starlit and mornings are peaceful and sunny. Birdsong is all around you and we even saw little geckos and lizards. The house is off grid with solar power and gas for cooking and hot water. Inside the house is rustic but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked dinner there most nights. The Wifi was superior and we watched the US open without any buffering or loss of signal. The pristine pool is much bigger than one would expect in a private villa. Comfortable loungers were available around the pool. At the front of the house were many seating areas for dining and relaxing. It was nice to know Ralph's house was in the next field. He was unobtrusive but there if needed.
