This house is clean and bright with a real beach feel.Two bedrooms with queen beds,a queen sleeper sofa and one full bath.Roomy living room,full kitchen with all your cooking needs and dining area. This home features a large fenced in courtyard overlooking a fishing pond.Plenty of outdoor furniture with a grill.Other home amenities include dishwasher,washer/dryer,microwave,one tv, DVD,central air and off street parking.The community offers use of two large pools 1500 foot fishing and crabbing pier, paddle boats, game room ,wifi and more.Centarlly located only minutes from assateague beach, ocean city beach and board walk, go carts , restaurants, shopping.This home is located next door to frontier town water park and theme park. Summary: What a wonderful beach house! We enjoyed our stay. Would 100% recommend! Comfortable beds, spacious main area, and washer/dryer was great to have. Love the patio - our favorite spot to eat breakfast. And close to community pool. The house is very close to Assateague and Ocean City. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very happy with our stay and will try to rent again.

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay for a family week at the beach. The house is bright and clean, and the amenities were just what we wanted. We have rented several houses over the 12 years we have been staying here and this by far was the best. The outdoor space is perfect for my family, as we love to spend time outside. The covered patio was perfect to sit under with the hot sun beating down, or a rain shower in the evening. It has lighting and a fan for the hot evenings we sat outside. The grill area was perfect as there are gas a charcoal options , and it is also covered and lighted if you decided to grill after sundown. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay at Assateague Pointe.
