Positive: Everything was great. Super cozy and spacious with many great facilities and features, from the massage chair, to the huge spa bath, and even free drinks in the fridge. For my stay, I rented out the BBQ and it's totally worth it. Easy to use (it was my first time doing a BBQ) and the food we cooked on it was great. A big shout out to the owner who provided us with the taxi tickets even though we requested very last minute. Great service and highly recommended
Negative: Going into the kitchen, there's a very low part of the wall jutting down. I'm 188cm and it's about the same height as my chin. The doorways are also quite low, so if anyone is over 6 foot then you'll need to be careful... I smacked my head quite a few times...

Positive: Great location in Ichinomiya, close to the ocean and there is a convenience store within easy walking distance. The house has a kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. There is a spa to relax and the area is very quiet. There is also a sauna, but we did not use it, we were there in summer. We were very happy there were bikes at the house for us to use and we enjoyed riding along the beach, that was great. The fridge is big and it has an ice making machine. Sendo supermarket is a short drive away and we really liked it. There parking at the house, so you can park a car no problem.
Negative: I'm 6'2 and had to be careful not to hit my head walking around the house, especially the kitchen area. I did hit my head quite a few times, but I guess that is my fault lol. I would of given a higher score if the price was lower. I have done a lot of travelling around Japan and paid a lot less for great places close to the beach, but this place is special with everything supplied like the bikes.

Positive: There were a lot of stuff provided for guests such as board games, bicycles and scooters. The location of the house is very peaceful and quiet. A washing machine/dryer combo is available with detergent and fabric softeners as well which is very convenient. The house is very well equipped.
Negative: Everything was quite old and could see a lot of wear in the structure. Floors were creaking and the jacuzzi had corroded jet covers. Other than worn out fittings, everything was very clean. The staff forgot to send us the instructions for self check in until a while after we arrived and they were not responding so we had to wait around the area until they responded. The water pressure for jacuzzi is quite low and the jacuzzi is very large so it takes a while to fill up. There was no automatic temperature control for the bath.
