Summary: Enrico was a very gracious and accommodating host. He welcomed us personally and left us a nice bottle of wine. The apartment is somewhat basic but it has the key necessities and the air conditioning was GREAT on a very hot trip to Rome. Would be nice if there was extra bedding and towels but again, we had the essentials. Note, one of the rooms did not have window coverings. Our daughter had an eye mask, so it wasn't a problem for her, but just a heads up. The apartment is in a very residential neighborhood with a nearby gelato shop (so good!) and small market. The nearest metro stop is a short 10-minute walk (and about a 10-15 minute ride to central Rome). It's not fancy but definitely functional and a good value for your Rome stay.

Summary: My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at this property! There is plenty of space to spread out and relax either inside or out on the roof top terrace. The a/c was cool, the beds are comfortable and the communication with the host was excellent! This property also has plenty of free parking! Five out five would stay again!

Summary: Our family of 8 stayed at Enrico’s place in Rome for 7 days. The accommodations were just perfect for our three teenage girls, our 9 year old son, along with our parents. Enrico is a great host & with his help and guidance, we created some wonderful memories! The metro is just a short walk (thru a park). Home was on top floor with a very big balcony to sit in open air and enjoy the sky and had everything we needed. After a full day of sightseeing the cold a/c was perfect and we were able to get a good night’s sleep each nite! After our full stay we ran in to some travel problems and ended up staying 7 more day unexpectedly had no home to stay did not wanted to spend on hotels called Enrico and he arranged a very nice apartment for us in extremely short amount of time. God bless you Enrico thank you for all you did for our family we felt very safe and comfortable we will always remember what you did for us it’s a beginning of a new friendship. Thank you.

Summary: Rocio was so helpful and made our stay so nice. This apartment is truly amazing! After 17 days roaming around Rime, Spain, UK and Morocco this was by far our favorite place to stay. So clean, nice and everything we needed to feel like VIP’s the location is so perfect. Will recommend this place to everyone and I rarely leave a review. Rocio you have a such a wonderful place, thank you for sharing with my family. Look forward to staying again soon.

Summary: Apartment had shops and bars within 5-10 minutes walk and a metro station 10-15 minutes walk away making it easy to get to all the places we wished to visit. Enrico was helpful in arranging taxis to & from the airport for us at a reasonable price.

Summary: Upon arriving we were a bit apprehensive about the neighborhood but once we settled in we loved it. The apartment had plenty of space, was clean, beds pretty comfortable, air conditioning great, WIFI excellent. We explored the neighborhood somewhat and found the local supermarket, bakery, café and gelato good and the people very friendly. The supermarket is very inexpensive. The gelato was the best we had in Italy. Enrico was a good host. To get to center of Rome was a 15 min walk to the Metro. The newsstand outside the Metro sells tickets and I would advise buying your returning ticket at the same time as we had a bit of a problem when in Rome the ticket machines were only taking cash with correct change. If you are not comfortable taking the metro, then this apartment is not for you. I would also recommend taking a private shuttle to the apartment through Enrico or you can get one at the airport both I think are 60 Euros. When we left, it was difficult booking a taxi to Termini as you were put on hold a long time, then the taxi never arrived. We ended up walking our bags out to the main street and down a block or two and getting on a bus which actually worked out great.

Summary: Was as pictured. Ready for guests. Our host was on hand and took great care in making clear what we needed know, about the apt. and the neighborhood to ensure a pleasant stay. We understood public transportation not as close as one night desire, but we managed. We were pleased with our choice of the House Of Cinema and Enrico was always "on hand" and ready to assist us when needed.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the House of Cinema in Rome. Enrico, our host, was the best proprietor one could ever hope for. We stayed for 6 nights, two adults and our two teenage boys. Enrico was very accommodating with our last minute notice of flight changes for both ends of our stay, rearranging our airport car both times. He greeted us with a bottle of wine, candy on the table, and was very helpful with the things travelers need to know. The apartment was very comfortable. The bedrooms are exactly as seen in the photos, and the beds are easy to sleep in. The apartment could easily accommodate more people. There is a family room with a mounted TV and two nice bathrooms, both with showers. The kitchen suited us nicely, and we were able to do take away many times. The kitchen has the things one needs to make meals, including a microwave, coffeepot, and toaster. We used the Italian coffeepot to try to make authentic coffee while there. The balconies are spacious. The air/heat was in every room with a remote control. There is an elevator that fits 3 at a time to get to the apartment. There is a washer, but no dryer as is the Italian way to air dry laundry. The wifi worked great. We did have two minor issues during our stay, one with the electricity and another with function of the front door. Both issues were handled promptly by Enrico, with minimal disruption in our plans for the day. The neighborhood was great. We were a little worried not being in the center of Rome. Turned out to be the best thing ever. There are many places to shop, eat, and immerse yourself in Rome being in this neighborhood, including the best gelato ever, in my opinion, a few steps away from the residence. When in Rome you need to see the major sites, but the best part of our week was staying in this apartment and being part of this Italian neighborhood. The 10 minute walk to the metro was easy and fun, with much to look at along the way. We were able to do it in the dark without any concerns. Then about a 10 minute subway ride to the center of Rome. We loved our time in Rome, and a big part of that was our comfortable stay.
