Summary: This is a lovely home and the owner was really helpful, we were a family and the was plenty of outdoor space for ball games and our family pet who also enjoyed all the space.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay.. Anita has stocked up the house with everything you would need! Just add food, wine, & of course cheese! We 13 of us fitted in comfortably, and had trips out to Paris and the coast. Recommend!

Summary: We spent a family vacation at this beautiful house and it was just great! The way the tenant welcomed us made us feel home imediately. The house was bigger than we thought, and the neighbourhood was really quite (good for us). The kids had more than enough space to run, play and have fun. They only complained about the wi-fi speed but such a good place does need wi-fi to enjoy it. I really recommend this house for your family/friends gateaway!

Summary: Great house with large garden. Large lounge and dining space to accommodate big family groups. Tranquil setting but only 1 hour 45 from the Eurotunnel. Well equipped house. Fantastic view across the Normandy countryside. Good walk down to the river, bit take your wellies. Close to village and Fontaine en Bray for shopping needs

Summary: We were a large group ranging from ages 9 to 82. We also had a wheelchair user. The house was perfect, everything you could need or want to cater for such a large group was provided. Neufchatel had plenty of good shops and we managed to eat very well - including a big turkey dinner. There are no shops within walking distance but plenty within a 5 minute drive. We even found a bakery open on Christmas day. The village nearby was quiet and there were lots of quiet roads to walk the dogs. The house is cosy and warm, the fire is easy to manage and added a special cosy feel to the house. We had a wonderful time making memories with family and friends.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. It is obvious that a huge amount of care has been devoted to making sure whoever stays "on the road to Rouen" has everything they need. The facilities are first class and we really wanted for nothing. We were 10 the first week, 11 the second week and 14 the third week. It is worth stressing that maybe 14 adults is a few too many.Two of the bedrooms are better suited to children than adults and I should have picked this up from the information I was sent. The hypermarket in Neufchatel is first class and there are good restaurants in the area. I am still thinking of the avocado bavarois! We did easy journeys to Dieppe, Rouen, Giverny, Etretat and Honfleur. The ferry crossing from Newhaven to Dieppe was very good and others who did the Dover to Calais crossing, or came through the tunnel, found it very straightforward. I was incredibly impressed with the supply of hot water to the house. With so many people I expected there to be an occasional lack, but there was never any hitch. My friends are still telling me what a wonderful time they had and I have some great photos to remind me of what a special time I had. I warmly recommend this house to anyone looking to have a special house party holiday.
