At almost 100 years old, we freshly renovated and furnished our home to cater to it's character reminiscent of a time that moved in slower paces.
The home is a detached single family dwelling. However, it is in a close neighborhood with a street that is noisy at times and a train tracks a few blocks away. There is a beautiful park, full of mature trees and walking areas, directly across the street.
There is only on street public parking. Most times a spot is available directly in front of the house. If not, you can count on a space directly across the street or within a half block.
Kitchen: fridge/freezer. stovetop/oven. microwave. dishes and silverware. pots and pans. coffee and tea. drip coffee maker as well as French press. toaster. baking sheet. cleaning products.
Dining: table and chairs for 6. stand alone high chair with food tray.
Family: children’s books and toys for ages 0-2 years old, 2-5 years old, and 10+ years old. board games. children's bikes. books and reading material. Wi-Fi. no TV.
Bathrooms. tub and shower. shampoo and conditioner. body wash. hot water. cleaning products. towels
Bedroom and Laundry: washer and dryer. linens. pillows. clothing storage(dresser or closet). iron. extra pillows and blankets.
Heating and Cooling: air conditioning. radiant heating. portable fans.
Home Safety: carbon monoxide alarm. fire extinguisher. first aid kit. smoke alarm.
Internet and Office: WIFI. work space with ergonomic chair and printer.
House of Lights is 30 minutes from Hershey and its attractions. Our home will be the perfect place for you to rest and recharge after a day of sightseeing and activities.

Summary: We had a good time. This was our first time getting a house and not staying in a hotel. It was a good experience. We enjoyed playing board cames in the evenings.

Summary: This house is super cute! It is on a very noisy street with a train yard right behind it. The house itself was clean. It had no television, we didn’t need one but others may want that in a house. The owners put sound machines in each of the bedrooms to offset the outside noises which was very welcomed!

Summary: the property was very clean and spacious. It was close to a walmart so that was nice. The only downside was no television and the noise from the train tracks nearby

Summary: Clean, affordable. No TV. feels and sounds like entire city is in your house. Very loud and rude neighbors. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice private back patio area. Bathtub shower very slippery. Excellent communication. Overall good/ok

Summary: We came out for the PA Renaissance Festival and Hershey Park. The VRBO is a good close location to both, and offers no cost street parking so it was easy for us to drive to-from events and the VRBO. The house was clean and spacious. There were very loud neighbors and a marching band competition going on while we were there, but we couldn't really hear either from inside the VRBO so noise and privacy were not an issue. I would definitely recommend this stay for the price!

Summary: We just got the place to stay for a concert we went to in Hershey, we live about 21/2 hours away. It was so nice and was clean. The only thing I could think of to complains about would be no Tv. And when we first got there the back door was open, but luckily it was a privacy fence out back

Summary: Almost everything was perfect. It's an older house extremely well kept and clean. A great host with quick and clear communication. One drawback, out of the host control, there is a railway a block away that is frequently used and the train whistle woke us up few time. It's important to know.
