Summary: We thought the river house was great. Canal house had multiple plumbing problems.

Summary: I really liked the property. Very good location. It had all we needed. However, for the price I thought it was not cleaned very well. Shower has mildew and soap scum as well the shower curtain was nasty with mild and mildew. You could see dirt under couches and under pool table. I want to reiterate, we liked the place and enjoyed our stay, but the price plus cleaning fee did not match the state of the property.

Summary: Everything was great. Just wish there was a queen size bed. Cought a dozen catfiah off the dock with the night lights. Ac worked great. Quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this VRBO. Although the house wasn't fancy, it's typical of most coastal rentals. It was very roomy in the kitchen and living areas. The sleeping layout was great, with three separate small rooms. Five of us slept comfortably, and it had the capacity for three more people. Our favorite part was the private fishing pier. We practically lived on the pier throughout the entire weekend, and we caught quite a few fish. The host quickly responded to our needs. We'd definitely stay there again.
