Clean, updated three-bedroom two-bath house on corner lot with large backyard. Just a few walkable blocks to Chicago Cubs baseball stadium Sloan Park. Close to ASU, Mill Avenue and Old Town Scottsdale. Close to bike path that connects to Tempe Town Lake and Scottsdale Greenbelt. There are two malls very near, Tempe Marketplace and Riverview Mall.
The house is Tastefully remodeled and decorated with peaceful backyard pool & Landscaping. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. This is a great location for getting around the city.
Triangulated between Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Mill Ave. So, easy access to lots of the events and golf courses.
4K Smart TVs throughout with DirecrTV with HBO and Showtime.

Summary: This was an awesome place to gather for my family! It is very close to a wide variety of restaurants, stores, theaters etc. We also enjoyed walking along the adjacent canal and also the beautiful Mesa park by the Sheraton, only a block away! It was FANTASTIC!

Summary: Property was exactly as described. the house was well kept and comfortable. We enjoyed all the room and the seating areas. Kitchen was well appointed and everything worked fine. We familiar with the area and enjoy the convenience of the location. We came to spend Christmas with our 2 adult children and had Christmas Eve, Christmas Brunch and Christmas Dinner at the house. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

Summary: Clean and nice except the pool. Very dirty. No one wanted to use it because of all the dirt/sand in it. Very cloudy. As another person mentioned there is an attached apartment with acess to pool area (although we did not see anyone at the apartment). A/C was turned off so was very hot for the entire first day and night. A/C filter very dirty so wouldnt cool well until replaced. Area ok.

Summary: pool pump didn't work, not owners fault,couldn't get in till 5 again not owners fault ,some king of fuse died and couldn't get the dryer to dry the bedding so it took longer to get in,next door was vacant so dumpster there all we cleaning house out but all in all we'd satay again I'm sure everything thing will be a'ok next time .
