Positive: The apartment is wonderful — very clean, very cozy, and beautifully designed. It has everything you need. There are two completely separate bedrooms, each with wardrobes and comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor, there is a small room with two single beds. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, while the ground floor has a separate toilet.All rooms are equipped with air conditioners. There is plenty of free parking available outside. The host, Ruben, welcomed us personally and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift and shared many helpful recommendations for exploring the city. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!
Negative: There is only one shower in the apartment, but there are two toilets — one on the ground floor and one upstairs. Please note, for those who may have difficulty with stairs: both bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the upper floor, accessible by a solid wooden staircase. The apartment is located a bit outside the city center, about a 25-minute walk away.

Positive: Everything nice, clean, super comfortable beds. The apartment is newly refurbished and has everything you need - Nespresso coffee, tea, spices, hair drier and other bathroom amenities. Joel was a super friendly host and anything you need you can call him. It's a home away from home, I think it says it all :)
Negative: There is nothing not to like.

Positive: First I would like to thank Joel and Fernanda for all the great tips, kind hospitality, and willingness to fill in our requests during the stay, Outstanding hospitality, thank you. We tried to leave it clean and organized when we left :-) The place is fully renovated, feels like 4 stars designed apartment in hotel. Pictures are TRUE ! Clean, organized, and it's a family house so private entrance, private outside sitting areas. Parking is easy in the street - a nice quiet street to sleep in. Location is 10-15 minutes from city center, Uber is easy to use. Kitchen is excellent, equipped and ready for 5-6 people family easily. We cooked breakfast every day (multiple supermarkets around), and it was a great day start each morning. Beds are very comfortable, and bathroom is good for everything needed. Air condition is in all areas, effective. Twin room near the kitchen does not have A/C but gets good air from the living room. Generally it was not that hot in the evening/night, so no issue there. We've been in many appartements and houses before all over the world, It's a 10, for sure.
Negative: Not much, all things we asked for, Joel tried to close on the spot. Thank you :-) Please be aware there are stairs to second floor where bathroom and main sleeping rooms are - if you are elders or challenged with stairs consider this. We had not problem with this. Twin room gets the conditioned air from the living room/kitchen area, and does not have its own (only room in the house, all others have). No issue from our side, girls slept well and weather was cool at night enough. To summarize, nothing is 100% but when you get 95% - it's a 10 for us. For a family it's Value for Money - no doubt.

Positive: The house is very cute and is an excellent choice for families. It seems as if it's been recently renovated and all the appliances are new and in excellent condition. There is a washer/dryer and the TV has all the latest streaming channels. The bedrooms are a good size, well decorated and comfortable. There's A/C in most of the rooms. They also offered a complimentary bottle of local wine. Now that's a welcome! The house is just outside of Porto. You can walk 30-40 min into the city or take the the tram which takes less than 10 min. The tram stop is just a 5-10 min walk away from the house. We also had a minor family problem while in Porto and our host was so helpful and quickly came to the rescue. We will definitely come back the next time we're in beautiful Porto!

Positive: The location is fantastic, it is very near to everything ,the beds are very comfortable and the hosts were very helpful from meeting us to giving us tips and assisted when asked for help.
Negative: It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment not as advertised a 2 bathroom 2 bathrooms. There is a VC downstairs.
